Along with IBWave and TEMS, Pivital’s Onsite engineers utilize our onsite assessment tool “POST@Pivital” to provide an overall infrastructure mapping along with the 5G survey results that are available from a customized client portal.

Use Cases
Pivital provides ongoing maintenance support for various private wireless networks including the EP5G network deployed at airports, universities and highway tunnel systems. We achieve a 4-hour onsite SLA in support of these environments, troubleshooting and replacing EP5G hardware as required.
