Pivital excels in managing the deployment and maintenance of onsite technology globally. Our seasoned project managers work with our clients to ensure that our deployments are completed on time with high quality. Our technology and our approach provides full visibility into what is occurring onsite, and upon completion of the site visit, we provide high-quality deliverables including before and after photos, a summary of the work that was completed onsite, information about any issues, and a sign-off from the site contact.

Pivital provides design and installation Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) solutions to provide our enterprise clients with reliable connectivity. Our capabilities include design, installation, and on-going management of the onsite environment. Our best-in-class survey kits combined with our physical site survey tool POST@Pivital™ ensure we design an environment that provides the most secure signal for our client’s wireless connectivity needs.

FWA/Cellular Antenna Deployment
We provide end-to-end support in designing, deploying, and optimizing the FWA infrastructure. Our trained engineers will determine the best location for the antennas to capture the best signal whether that is mmWave, 5G or LTE. Our engineers are trained to safely and securely mount antennas on roofs,masts or parapets, install the devices and install the cabling to the antennas.
Monitoring and Support Solutions
Pivital’s carrier monitoring tools provide a secure view into your network. Although specific to the carrier, we have the expertise to add 24/7 monitoring services to your network and 5G endpoints.
We understand that the most robust solution for your WAN environment may be a combination of FWA and wired SD-WAND, and we work with our clients to balance considerations such as cost, aesthetics and performance to provide the best possible FWA environment.
Infrastructure Cabling
Our cablers follow industry best practices and Pivital certified cabling practices. Project types include new store and remodel build-outs, kiosk installs, wireless LAN deployments, DEMARC extensions, camera installs and security system cabling. Pivital manages large volumes of cabling installations every month from full store, office and manufacturing installations with hundreds of cabling runs and multiple IDF’s to small jobs that may involve one or two cabling runs.

Physical Site Surveys
Our POST@Pivital™ site survey tool enables our clients to see and review information in real-time as it is being captured onsite. The site survey tool guides local techs to capture exactly the right information and photos. This allows our team of engineers to determine the materials and equipment necessary to complete the job. Customers receive a report of the captured information and a proposal detailing the scope and cost to achieve their goals.
Configuration & Kitting
Our 75 thousand square foot configuration center located 10 miles from the home of Walmart in Lowell, Arkansas provides clients with on-demand storage, kitting and configuration for any and all of their IT hardware requirements. Our trained configuration center staff specializes in network, server, desktop and point-of-sale devices. We work collaboratively with clients to manage configuration processes, software and bill of materials.
