Meet Our Leaders

Pivital’s leaders share a passion for IT field services; delivering high quality locally, globally. 

  Doug Lacy has over 20 years of executive IT management experience with IT service industry leaders including IBM, Accenture, CompuCom and Pivital. Doug specializes in enabling high-performing teams to successfully deliver high-quality IT technology and program management services for retailers and has significant expertise in quality management, project management, process development and IT service delivery. Doug holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin, and maintains leading IT industry designations including the Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL Foundations v3 and the IBM Executive Project Management certifications.

Doug Lacy, President

Doug Lacy founded Pivital to create an IT field services company that works with clients collaboratively, reliably and ethically.  His passion for IT field services is felt throughout the company and in our community of customers and suppliers.  On a day-to-day basis he is accountable for customer relationships and business development.   Doug has 20+ years executive IT leadership experience and has a Master’s degree in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin.

  Donja Andrews is an experienced project manager whose strengths include building vendor and client relationships, coordinating multiple subcontractors and field personnel, and ensuring high client satisfaction. She also has worked as a construction project manager and has experience with Health and Safety programs. With her strong customer service background, Donja spent five years successfully managing a training and consulting program for a financial software division for Microsoft. Donja has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from AIU International, and is certified in ITIL v3 and OSHA 30 Hour.

Donja Andrews

Donja Andrews is our Director of Global Operations.  She embodies the spirit and passion of Pivital’s customer service culture.   Her focus on project initiation and team enablement for successful service launch and delivery is the foundation for an excellent customer experience.  She also leads the invoicing team for accurate and timely billing.  Her leadership within the organization is felt by all our team members regardless of role and function.  Her Bachelor’s degree is in Computer Information Systems from AIU International.

  Jason is an accomplished IT leader with 18 years of success and expertise in deploying enterprise application solutions, implementing scalable IT infrastructures and creating and leading teams. He has had the opportunity to support the world’s largest retailers as a Senior Program Manager for CompuCom for the past five years. As a Service Delivery Director, he is responsible for Pivital’s Global Delivery Organization, enabling our partners and clients to successfully manage their business-critical services around the world. Jason holds a BA in Management Information Systems and MBA from Arkansas State University and maintains leading IT industry designations including the Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL Foundations v3 and ITIL Service Operations.

Jason Gay

Jason Gay is our VP of Global Delivery and quarterback of our organization. He is accountable for customer engagement across all lines of business.  He assures quality of service and inspires employees for a highly functioning team.   Jason has a BA in Management Information Systems and MBA from Arkansas State University and maintains leading IT industry designations including the Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL Foundations v3 and ITIL Service Operations. 

  Steve is a senior technology executive with over 25 years experience building, leading and growing IT services organizations. He has been responsible for all aspects of service operations, leading organizations as large as $350M. Steve excels in planning, implementation and leveraging emerging technologies to achieve innovative yet cost-effective product and service solutions along with proven ability to deliver new business. His specific experiences include P&L ownership, service delivery/operations program and project management, global service delivery, M&A - due diligence and integration, continuous improvement and sales leadership. Steve has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Boston College and a BS also from Boston College.

Steve Sullivan

Steve Sullivan is our Executive Vice President of Strategy and Delivery providing leadership to all Pivital teams.   Steve has an extensive background leading IT service organizations and is specifically focused on account management, finance, and global service delivery.  Steve has an MBA and a BS both from Boston College.

Lisa Collins

Lisa Collins is our Executive Vice President of Operations and HR.   With 20+ years of IT Industry experience, and a rich history of process improvement, Lisa is focused on Pivital’s service consistency and scalability.   Her focus is to foster an energized and happy Pivital team who provide a good customer experience for every interaction from quote through receivables.   Born and raised in Canada; she has a BA from McMaster University.

Lenny Desharnais

Lenny Desharnais is our Director of Finance and a valuable member of the Leadership Team.  He has tremendous enthusiasm for Pivital’s culture as he sees that “everyone can make a difference and have an impact in its success, growth, and profitability.”  He has 25+ years within Operational Finance, with P&L, pricing, and M&A experience, supporting Service Delivery and Sales organizations within the IT industry and an MBA and BS in Accounting both from the University of Massachusetts.
